Advertising terms

Short and clear: how a booking works, what we guarantee and what we do not accept.

  1. An order sent from the website is an enquiry. The booking is valid once TAAR confirms the dates.
  2. Prices are final, because the business is not registered for VAT. We issue an invoice for every booking, and an R1 invoice if you give us your OIB.
  3. Payment is by arrangement.
  4. The ad starts within 24 hours of the booking being confirmed and a correct file being received, on any day of the week.
  5. The ad must meet the technical requirements: 1920 × 1080 px, MP4 video (H.264) or a JPG or PNG image, no sound. Prices are for a 10-second ad; a longer or shorter one is by arrangement.
  6. Changes of the ad during a booking are agreed with the advertiser. A change on the poster side is a new poster; our partners make and install it, by arrangement.
  7. We guarantee that your ad runs around the clock, at least 24 times an hour; more often by arrangement.
  8. If the screen is not working, we make up for the lost days by extending the booking.
  9. We do not accept:
    • political advertising
    • tobacco and e-cigarettes
    • gambling
    • erotic content
    • content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others
    • visuals that imitate road signs, traffic lights or rotating warning lights
    • rapid flashing

    TAAR may refuse or remove an ad that breaches these terms.

  10. The advertiser is responsible for the content of the ad and for the copyright in it.
  11. Poster side: making and installing the poster are not included in the price — our partners do them, by arrangement; the poster side is currently not lit at night.
  12. Discount: 10% for both sides in the same period (6 months or a year).
  13. We receive ad files by email (or WhatsApp), after the booking.
